Overall, great hotel, would stay again in a heartbeat.
Very centrally located, nice comfortable bed, very quiet rooms and lovely welcoming staff at all hours.
No basic amenities unless paying extra, not even a cup in the room.

Bathroom shower had alot of limescale build up so the water went in all different directions and the drain smelt of damp/sewer

Lovely Hotel in a Central location
The property was clean and central location. Considering where it is located- very quiet in the rooms. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The layout of the room was inviting.
The room could really use a closet- we only stayed a night but if we were to stay longer- nothing to hang your clothes. They have these coat pegs on the wall that you could use but they won’t work for someone staying a few days. I also thought it was very expensive to charge 15 pounds to leave your suitcase. I don’t know what the going rate is as other hotels have had this option free but 15 I thought was a lot.

Minimalistic, but worth for the price and can take pride in their friendly staff.
A minimalistic, yet modern place to stay for a great price in the dynamic heart of London. We could access all the main attractions we needed to see in a very short time. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
A place to keep your clothes would be nice and a hair dryer. No privacy or sound isolation in the bathroom if you're staying with a friend or partner in the same room.
